Mrs. Beck's Class ROARS!
What is ROARS?
Sunman Elementary's students and staff participate in a school-wide positive behavior program called ROARS.  This program reinforces actions which support student learning and positive social skills.  The ROAR acronym stands for the five expectations of the program:

R    Respectful
O     Organized
A     Awesome Attitude
R     Responsible
S     Safe

Students are taught the expected behaviors through direct instruction and modeling.  Any staff member can award a Tiger Ticket to students (or classes) who demonstrate positive ROARS behaviors.  Tiger Tickets are used in a variety of forms of incentives.  Weekly raffles and classroom rewards help students celebrate their successes with positive behaviors.
